John-wick Nathan is the visionary of Harbor Behavioral Health. John-wick has devoted his life to carry the message of hope to those who are afflicted by the ravages of drug addiction, alcoholism, and mental illness. He has served in a number of dual diagnosis treatment facilities on different levels of care in all capacities. Johnwick has a passion for dedicating time and attention to get to know each patient on a individual basis, making him more effective in his role as program director. Johnwick has bridge the gap between recovery and normal living through inpatient facilities. He continues to find different ways to service and change the lives of the patients that Harbor comes in contact with. Such as coordinating opportunities for patients to gain their GED's or continue education, employment through Harbors vocational program, spiritual support & awakening while still operating as a clinic for the patients.

Dr. James White, Jr. is a Nurse Practitioner/Clinical Specialist, and LMSW Social Worker with licensure/registration in all three specialties. He is Board Certified by the State of Michigan and American Nurses Association (ANA) as an Adult Registered Nurse Practitioner & Clinical Specialist. He is board certified as both a Nurse Practitioner (NP) and Clinical Specialist in adult psychiatric and mental health.
According to the International Council of Nurses, an NP/Advanced Practice Nurse is “a registered nurse who has acquired the expert knowledge base, complex decision-making skills and clinical competencies for expanded practice.” Nurse practitioners work together with other health care professionals to provide optimal care and treatment for patients and their families.
Dr.White’s interests include holistic intervention with children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. He has over thirty years of experience in delivering psychiatric services to various populations. He served as the Executive Director for Detroit Health Care for the Homeless, Inc. & other healthcare agencies.
Dr. Nilesh Patel is a Physician in Phoenix, Arizona and is affiliated with multiple hospitals in the area, including Banner University Medical Center Phoenix and Curahealth Phoenix. He received his medical degree from University of Texas Medical School and has been in practice for more than 20 years. Dr. Patel believes in quality life for each person no matter the circumstance.
Darrina is an LAC with over 6 years of experience in the behavioral health field. Her experience includes Integrated Care in residential, hospital and outpatient settings. Her specialties are the ability to get any crowd engaged, team building, meal planning and exercise programs to teach others how to meet the clients biopsychosocial needs.
Ken Mims has over 5 years of experience in the field of mental health and drug abuse. He is experienced in CPI training, a certified care giver and has great rapport with his members. His field of practice includes counseling individuals and group therapy. He believes in a systems approach to treatment in collaboration with the patient. The goal of his practice is to assist individuals with mental health and substance abuse to reach their treatment goals while maintaining their sobriety and mental health stability.
Christyn Polk is a 5th grade teacher at American Leadership Academy. She was born and raised in Memphis, TN. Christyn moved to Arizona from Starkville, MS where she received her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Psychology from Mississippi State University. She recently graduated from Grand Canyon University with a Master's degree in Elementary Education.
Christyn loves going on adventures, volunteering with various Phoenix organizations, and spending time with her husband of 3 years. She is also a musical theater enthusiast, appearing in the QPAC production of Hairspray and most recently in the QPAC production of Shrek the Musical. Christyn lives by the motto “Treat everyone like it’s their birthday,” and therefore she never meets a stranger.
